⊹ Updates and previews will be sent in regularly. I will send you a preview and wait for approval before moving onto the next step.
⊹ That being said, I do not offer refunds after the initial approval.
⊹ Revisions and major changes during the sketching stage is okay. After the first approved draft, I will only allow minor changes.
⊹ Just so I know you read my TOS, please include the name of your favorite Pokemon in your request form. If you don’t have one, include your favorite color.
⊹ Full payment upfront. I only accept payments in USD.
⊹ These are digital commissions. I will be sending you the full resolution of your commissioned piece in a PNG format.
⊹ I will be posting your commissioned piece on my socials but if you prefer to post it yourself instead, please let me know in advance! You are free to upload your commission wherever you please, as long as it’s properly credited.
⊹ I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
⟶ I do not have a blacklist at the moment and I would like to keep it that way. I refuse to sell my art in spaces I don’t want to support so please be respectful of that.

DESIGNS, ADOPTS AND CUSTOMS

⊹ Do not heavily reference or take heavy inspiration from my designs.
⊹ Changes are permitted as long as they’re still recognizable.
⟶ You are allowed to make minor changes or adjust the details to your liking. I would also like to ask that you keep the original design in their gallery but it's not mandatory.
⊹ Alternate forms, AUs, outfits and/or color palettes are absolutely fine.
⊹ Please authorize me if you prefer to have your characters privated.
⊹ Please let me know if you intend to use my design for commercial use.

⊹ Reselling is allowed.
⟶ As long as you are not selling them for more than their original price unless you have personally commissioned art for it. Raffle/Giveaway designs are an exception and can only be traded/gifted.
